LA Fitness Completes $1 Million Renovation in Norco, CA


IRVINE, Calif., June 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- LA Fitness is pleased to announce that the renovation of their Norco, CA sports club is now complete. New and returning members will experience a variety of upgraded features throughout the club, including renovated locker rooms (including new lockers, showers, restrooms, and dry saunas) and an expanded array of all new cardio equipment, including over 70 pieces of the latest generation cardio equipment with individual viewing screens. In addition, the pool area has been renovated and the floors in the basketball and racquetball courts have been refinished. Updated graphics, and fresh carpet and paint were also part of the work, as were the addition of ceiling fans, new lighting and a dedicated Personal Training zone. Finally, the reception and sales areas have been refreshed and the Kid's Klub area received new carpet, paint, graphics and equipment. A remodel celebration party will take place on Saturday, June 18.

She has been relying on a network of ceiling and electric floor fans strategically placed around her home for the past week while waiting for a broken cooling unit in the ceiling to be repaired."I like it here and don't want to move, but I have to essentially sit here and sweat in the summertime," said Baker, who has lived at Wesley Village for the past eight years.
